Managing Partner Profile details
Samuel Adetoki is the Managing Partner of the firm. He was awarded Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Olabisi Onabanjo University in year 2005. He became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in year 2004 after his induction. Samuel Adetoki has well over twenty years working experience in auditing, taxation and management consultancy. He started his career with Adeisa Durojaiye & Co (Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners) where he served in different capacity during his the employment. He rose through the hierarchies of positions in the firm to become the Deputy Manager, audit & tax before his exit in year 2008.
During his stay in the firm, he worked directly under the tutelage and direct supervision of the Audit manager and the two partners of the firm Late Deacon M. B. Adeisa (Former president; ICSAN) and Hon. S.O Durojaye.
He worked assiduously and diligently under these seasoned senior accountants and acquired all necessary skills and experiences required in auditing, taxation, Secretarial Management Consultancy etc.
He later joined an indigenous water processing company; ‘Siberian Ice Drinking Water Processing Co. Limited’ in April 2008 where he served as Head, Finance and Administration, the position he held until December, 2010 when he teamed up with like-minded professionals to kick-start Samuel Adetoki & Associates. He is a devoted Christian, talented young man, God fearing and happily married with children.
